Barc House
has two bedrooms and sleeps up to 4 persons. (1 x
double, 1 x twin single)
The cottage takes its name from the treatment of the nets here in the
old days. First Barc'd (dipped in hot cutch), drained and then dipped in hot
tar. Afterwards taken to our field further along Loe Bar Road to dry.
It is a lovely small cottage and has
uninterrupted sea views from the lounge/kitchen and both bedrooms. outside balcony and seating overlooking the beach.

left To the stairs.
Right into the
bathroom with toilet, washbasin and bath with electric shower
over bath.
Ahead Open plan kitchen and dining area with seating for 4.
Fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle,
cooker with grill and halogen top. Equipment for preparing and
serving light dining.
Step down to the lounge area. 2 seater sofa, 2 tub chairs,
coffee tables, 32" flat screen TV.
Upstairs:
two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin single beds.
Barc House has two night storage heaters (upstairs and down) as
well as portable convector and fan heating).
