has two bedrooms and sleeps up to 4 persons. (1 x
double, 1 x twin single)
It takes its name from the treatment of the nets here in the
old days, first Barc'd (dipped in hot cutch) and then tarred. It is a lovely cottage and has
uninterrupted sea views from the lounge/kitchen and both bedrooms. And
outside balcony and seating overlooking the beach.
Downstairs: the door opens top the hall and left the stairs. Right into the
bathroom with toilet, washbasin and bath with electric shower
over bath. Ahead Open plan kitchen and dining area and (step
down) to the lounge area.
Upstairs: two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin single beds.
Barc House has two night storage heaters (upstairs and down) as
well as portable convector and fan heating).
The smaller kitchen does not have a permanent microwave but we
are happy put one in if required.
