Homeside Top has one bedroom and sleeps up to three persons (1 x double, 1 x single beds)
It is the top apartment of Homeside House. There are no other occupants below as we use the bottom for our linen and equipment storage. It is completely self contained with its own door entrance from the garden.
Homeside Top is ideal for 2 to 3 persons and comprises of:
kitchen, bathroom, lounge with excellent sea sea views and bedroom with with double and single bed and very good sea views. It also has a rear garden that attracts the daytime sun. It also has parking in our car park and is grouped with our other accommodation so very close to the beach and only a few minutes stroll to the harbour side. The Homeside Top entrance is from the garden. On to the landing and few stairs up leading to the hallway

There are three rooms and utility cupboard off the hall, which are:

Kitchen. Equipped for simple dining and includes, free standing cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, cookware. round dining table.

Bathroom. with bath that has a mixer tap with handset attachment (not actual shower), WC and washbasin. airing cupboard.

Bedroom with a double and single bed, bedside table and lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Lounge with 2 sofas and armchair, 32" flatscreen TV with freeview, nest of tables, 2 lamps, coffee table and side table.

Outside is the garden with bench seating and coffee table.
