Terms and Conditions of Booking
We really try to keep these to a minimum and please have a read of them.

          Booking and Prior to Arrival

1. Prices above are from Saturday to Saturday or Friday to Friday in season. Please check with us for off season breaks and split week prices. These are 3 days minimum and from £240 for 2 persons.
2. Please check availability before sending deposit, so we may enter a provisional booking. This must be confirmed in writing/booking form with deposit within 5 days to avoid cancellation.
3. Bookings Deposits: 10-12 months in advance we ask for a £50 non refundable 1st deposit and then a 2nd deposit when we reconfirm your booking. 10 months and less -  25%of total amount to be paid with booking The deposit is not refundable if booking cancelled. We will then send confirmation of the booking. The balance due 21 days prior to arrival. If booked within 4 weeks, please send full payment with reservation. For very late bookings if not using PayPal or bank transfer, full  payment in cash on arrival please before entry to property.
4. It is advisable to obtain a Holiday Insurance Policy to cover your holiday booking in the event of having to cancel. Cancellation will result in a charge of 95% of the cost of the accommodation, in the event of us being unable to re-let the property. If any monies are refunded then this will incur a £30 administration fee plus any other costs incurred to re-let the accommodation.
5. Payments by Bank transfer (account on request) or debit/credit cards via PayPal (PayPal membership not required to use) or cheque
6. Please make cheques payable to W. Oliver Allen & Sons.
7. 2nd stay discounts in the same year calendar year. For a second stay there is a discount for the 2nd stay. For both 1st and 2nd stay payments made by bank transfer or cheque it is 3%. For any payments made using PayPal, the discount is 1.5%. Applies only to weekly stays paid three weeks prior to arrival and at the full tariff rate only with a minimum charge of £420 for the week.
8. An additional charge of £30.00 per person per week if the property is required for more than the number of persons quoted.
9. We have one cot and high chair and these are available free of charge on a first come basis.
10. Bedding is in the form of Duvets with spare blankets available. We provide the linen for these. Towels are not provided unless requested on booking. Excepting tea towels, oven cloths etc.
11. The properties are all electric and is included in the tariff.
12. Night storage heating is included in the cooler seasons.
13. We provide free off road parking for each property in a marked space in our own car park. If you are bringing two cars there is room to park one in front of the other. But please let us know beforehand. We have a very good safety record but parking is at the car owner’s risk.
14. Well-behaved dogs are accepted at our discretion with prior consent at £15.00 per dog and on the condition that:
    a: They are not left unattended in the property and allowed to sit on the furniture or beds or blankets.
    b: Please consider others and ensure your dog is washed and de-flea’d before arrival and vacuum and tidy up after them inside with regards hairs, smells etc
    c: Kept on their lead in the car park and our grounds (we have pets, also roaming around).
    d: Sorry, 2 small dogs maximum and certain breeds not accepted.
    Please let us know your dogs breed. A charge of £30 per dog is levied if we are unaware of its arrival or even entry refused to the property. Also if on departure additional cleaning is required. Sorry no other pets accepted. Please view Paws For Thought

      Arrival and Staying

1. Properties are available from 2.30pm on day of arrival. Departure time is by 10.00am.
2. Keys: Please call/text on or near arrival for the key on 07359 323169. They can also be collected from our office on Loe Bar Road or at Beachfield House on arrival. These and the properties are located on our map here.
3. Any breakages or damage to be paid for before departure.
4. Accommodation to be left clean and in the general order that it is found please.
5. We kindly ask that you do not smoke or vape inside the accommodation and do not use any candles, night lights and any other naked flames in the accommodation.
6. WiFi. We provide free WiFi to our guests via a BT hub in our office with range boosters. The signal that should reach somewhere in all properties but not necessarily in all rooms of all the accommodation. For all users benefit we would grateful not to use high bandwidth/streaming downloads.
