Property Information and Visit Britain Ratings

We are now not part of the Visit Britain star grading system but follow the guidelines as we have done previously. The accommodation is would be graded as:

3 Star Equivalent Accommodation
Seine House, Netloft Bottom, The Loft, Loft House, Loe Bar Bottom, Loe Bar Top

2 Star Equivalent Accommodation
Barc House, Homeside Top

General Details:

Car parking in a marked space in our car park, flatscreen colour TV with Freeview, cooker, fridge, microwave oven, electric shower over bath (except Homeside Top), night storage heating, portable electric heaters, iron and ironing board, clothes airer. Outside seating and table. Outside washing line or portable airer

Linen included in the form of duvets and pillows with covers but not towels unless requested.

All kitchens include a kettle, toaster, crockery, pots, pans and utensils for the appropriate number of sleepers and
enough for 4 in the smaller places.

Heating all properties is via night storage heaters for the off seasons and also portable electric convector and fan heating as additional heating.

Electricity is included in the tariff.

Additional Notes:

Seine House, Netloft Bottom and Loft House have washing machines. We are happy to do "a load" if you are staying the any of the other properties at no charge. For 2 week stays also a exchange of dirty for clean linen and bath mats after the first week.

Refuse and Recycling:

As well as general refuse bins we also have recycling for papers, cardboard, glass, cans and plastic bottles easily accessible.
Also household batteries can be left with us for recycling and we have compost bins for vegetable peelings.
